We offer all different types of support contracts to suit you or your business needs, our support is available to both Business and Residential customers.

Pay-As-You-Go Support

We understand that every business is different, we therefore offer pay-as-you-go support.

As a pay-as-you-go (adhoc) customer you are as important to us as our customers on an IT support contracts are. You will receive the same level of service, no mater what. However, the rates will be higher over a longer period of time than that of a contact.

Our PAYG charges are as follows:

£45 per hour for Essex and Hertfordshire.

£65 per hour for Greater London.

27/7 Support

All existing clients with an IT support contract get 24/7 access to our online ticketing system witch allows you to submit and track the progress of faults and requests.

Support requests are then routed into our job queuing system and is organised based upon business impact and severity. Support requests can be submitted directly via email or by using our web based ticketing system. Once the request has been submitted, the work will be assigned to on of our team members and completed accordingly.
